Textil’Air Fabric Ducts, compared with conventional systems, do not use vent covers or diffusers because they can release air at any point on their surface. This quality makes it possible to design the air outlets on the surface to guarantee the desired requirements will be met. In addition, there is no need to buy and use conventional diffusers.

Trajectories

To distribute the air along the surface evenly, ducts are not split, narrowed or bent, as is the case with conventional rigid diffusers. We use straight trajectories that do the job with no loss in pressure using smaller equipment.

Unlike conventional rigid ducts, fabric ducts are made in a wide range of colors and we can even print on them.

Cleaning Ease

  1. Open holes in the duct at intervals.
  2. Apply at least these 3 chemicals using trained personnel and protection gear.
    • Polymeric chemical: It traps dust sticking it to the duct to prevent it from going out.
    • Germ-killing chemical: It kills fungi, bacteria and viruses, and bad odors.
    • Odor-killing chemical: It kills and neutralizes odors to prevent them when the equipment is turned on.
  3. Remove vent covers and clean them.
  4. Electromechanical rotating brush needed to scrub inside the duct whilst vacuuming with additional specialized equipment. All technicians must keep their safety gear on at all times.
  5. Fit lids with hinges on holes and fit vent covers back on.
  1. Pull the duct over the cable to have access to all the latches at the same time.
  2. Remove cable latches.
  3. Fold the duct and carry it in a plastic bag to prevent contamination.
  4. Complete the cleaning cycle in a washing machine (household machines can be used) and dry in the sun or in a tumble dryer.
  5. Assemble again and turn on the HVAC system.

Avoid Using Solvents, Glue And Chemicals

As fabric is our main material, it can be ordered in different colors but we have no need to use paint at the factory. Equally, Textil’Air Fabric Ducts use zippers to assemble parts and therefore there is no need for tape, glue or sealing agents.
